When you book a session with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to share about why you're coming to a session.

When health or wellbeing information matters to your sound bath session, we may ask about things like pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemakers, or other conditions that affect whether sound and vibration work is suitable for you. This counts as special category data under UK GDPR, and we only collect it with your clear consent, and only to keep you safe during a session.

When you get in touch with us, through our website, email, social media, or in person, we collect whatever you share with us in that conversation.

When you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name.

When you attend a corporate or private event, we may collect the contact details of the person organising the booking, and, where relevant, basic details of attendees for safety or logistical purposes.

Payments on this website are processed securely by Wix.com Ltd. and its payment partners. We accept card payments and Apple Pay. Card and Apple Pay details are handled directly by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.

• Send you marketing emails, but only if you've opted in, and always with an easy way to unsubscribe

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to arrange and deliver a session you've booked

• Consent: for marketing emails, and for any health or wellbeing information you share with us

• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and run our business day to day

• Legal obligation: where we need to keep records for tax or accounting purposes

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

 

Who we share your information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only where necessary, with:

• Wix, who host our website and provide the underlying platform, including any tools for online booking, payment, or email marketing tools we use through Wix

 

These providers are only ever given the information they need to do their job, and are bound by their own data protection obligations.

 

We will also share information where we're required to by law, for example with HMRC, or if needed to protect someone's safety in an emergency.

• Booking and session information: up to 6 years, in line with UK tax record requirements

• Health and wellbeing information: deleted after 12 months of inactivity, or on request

• Mailing list information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you

• Enquiry messages: up to 5 years

If you'd like something deleted sooner, just ask.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it

• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete

• Ask us to delete your information, in certain circumstances

• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information

• Withdraw consent at any time, where we're relying on consent

No system is ever completely without risk, but we work to keep your information as safe as possible.

Our services are aimed at adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16 without parental consent.
